Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to answer your request and run this website. Here is what that means, in plain language.
Who we are
This policy covers www.falcongreenresources.com, including its Spanish and Polish versions. The site is published by Falcon Green Resources, Inc., 14212 Washington Street, Woodstock, IL 60098, (815) 334-8689, emails@falcongreenresources.com.
It does not cover our Google Business Profile, our Facebook and Instagram pages, or other websites we link to. Those have their own privacy policies.

What we collect and why
When you send a request through our website. The request form asks for your first and last name, phone number, email address and the service you need, and optionally the service address, a preferred delivery date and details about your project. It also records which language version of the form you used. We use these details to call or email you back, give you a price, and schedule and carry out the service.
The form sends your request by email to our office and sends you a confirmation copy with the service, date, address and phone number you entered (your project notes are not repeated in that copy). Nothing you type is stored on the website itself. Your request lives in our office mailbox and, once you order, in our job and billing records.
When you call, email or visit us. We use what you tell us to answer your question and provide the service, the same as a request sent through the website.
When you browse the site. The companies that host the site see the technical details every web request carries, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, and our analytics tool counts visits. The sections below explain both.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and we never sell or rent your information.
Who processes it with us
We use a small number of service providers to run this website. Each one processes data only to provide its service to us.
- Cloudflare delivers the request-form emails, sits in front of our hosting to speed up and protect the site, and can run a spam check on the request form (see "Cookies" below).
- DigitalOcean hosts the website and runs the program that handles the request form.
- Google provides our office email (Google Workspace), the analytics described below, and the map you can open on our locations page.
- Our own hours service at boostmygoogle.business, which the "open now" indicator on the site reads to show today's hours. That request carries no personal details beyond what any web request carries.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to protect our rights, our customers or our staff. We do not share your information with marketers or data brokers.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: how many people visit, which pages they read, which services they ask about, and whether a visit ends with a tap on our phone number, a click on our email address or a request sent through the form. This helps us improve the site. It does not tell us who you are.
Google Analytics uses cookies (listed below) and your IP address to estimate roughly where visitors come from; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Our Analytics account is linked to our Google Ads account so we can see whether our advertising leads to calls and requests. We use this to measure the ads, not to build a profile of you.
Analytics runs only on www.falcongreenresources.com, not on preview or test copies of the site. To opt out, install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on or block cookies in your browser. You can manage Google's own ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
Maps, spam checks and how to control cookies
If you click "Show map" on our locations page, the map loads in a frame from Google, and Google may set its own cookies at that point. The map does not load until you ask for it.
The request form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated submissions. It looks at how your browser behaves and may use your IP address to decide whether you are a person. It does not track you across other websites.
To control cookies, use your browser's settings to block or delete them, for this site or for all sites. The site works the same without cookies. The Google Analytics opt-out add-on stops Analytics on every site you visit.
Your choices
- See, correct or delete your information. Email emails@falcongreenresources.com and tell us what you would like. We will confirm what we hold and update or delete it, unless we need to keep it for a service you have ordered or for our business records.
- Emails from us. The confirmation you receive after sending a request is a one-time message about that request. We do not send newsletters from this website.
- "Do not track" and Global Privacy Control signals. We do not sell your information or share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing for these signals to switch off.
- Children. This website is for adults arranging waste and recycling services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security and retention
Everything you send through this site travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form handler passes your request on by email and keeps no copy. Our providers protect their systems under their own security programs.
We keep requests and customer records for as long as we need them to provide the service and to meet tax and record-keeping requirements. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so if you prefer, you can always call us instead of using the form.
Reviews quoted on this site
We quote some reviews that customers posted publicly on our Google Business Profile, with the name shown on Google. If you wrote one of them and would rather not be quoted here, email us and we will remove it from the website.
Changes to this policy
